Returns, Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
Product Exchange
It is possible to exchange a piece of jewelry for another product of equal or different value, upon prior agreement with us via email at info@inspirejewels.gr or by phone at 211 1181301, within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery.
The product must be in its original condition, unworn and unused, and returned in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the customer, and the product should be sent to the following address:
Inspire Jewels, 18 Agiou Ioannou Street, 1st floor, 15342, Agia Paraskevi, Attica, Greece.
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will proceed with sending the new item. If a higher-value product is selected, we will contact you regarding payment of the price difference. If a lower-value product is selected, we will inform you about how the remaining balance will be handled.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellation is possible within one (1) hour from the completion of the order.

Right of Withdrawal (Refunds)
The right of withdrawal allows you to return an order and receive a refund without providing any justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery.
To exercise this right, please complete the withdrawal form or contact us at info@inspirejewels.gr. This procedure applies exclusively to refund requests and does not cover product exchanges.
The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with the refund using the same or an agreed payment method.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Custom-made or personalized jewelry created according to the customer’s specifications (including engravings, material selections, sizing, or other personalized modifications) cannot be returned or exchanged, as such items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection legislation.
